A Hephzibah teen accused of killing an acquaintance in 2011 pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of voluntary manslaughter this month.
Dylan E. McDonald was arrested on a charge of murder in the March 18, 2011, shooting death of 18-year-old William Justin Bullard. McDonald was 16 at the time.
On July 19, McDonald pleaded guilty in Richmond County Superior court to voluntary manslaughter and a weapons charge. Judge Michael N. Annis sentenced him to 20 years in prison followed by five years on probation.
